About Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing
Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW)  focuses on enhancing physical and mental wellbeing through movements drawn from Tai Chi and Chi Qong. TMW promotes relaxation, improved balance, posture and overall health.
It is suitable for all levels of fitness and can be practised seated if necessary.

Sarah Deco
Sarah trained as a TMW teacher in 2016 and taught regular classes in London until she moved to Box in Gloucestershire in August 2023.  She has found TMW to be the perfect regular practise to maintain, physical wellbeing and promote mindfulness, calm and the capacity for focus and concentration.  Sarah is a retired Art Therapist and Group psychotherapist and a storyteller in the oral tradition.

Foundation course in TMW

A six week course to introduce you to the 16 move sequence and the basic principles of TMW. It is important to do this before coming to a drop in class. Please contact Sarah for more information

Online classes

Group class on Thursdays at 9.30am. Open to anyone with some experience of TMW. £7.00 per class. Individual classes by arrangement are available too. Please contact Sarah for Zoom links and more information about online group and individual classes. sarahdeco@me.com

Drop in Classes Tuesday at 9.30am at Box Village Hall

These are open to anyone who has completed a foundation course or to people with experience of Tai Chi and Chi Qong. The classes are £10 last one hour and it's not necessary to book.
